About Horticulture

If you are interested in gardening, this garden club is for you! We are passionate about learning about horticulture and growing flowers, vegetables and houseplants. Both experts and novices among our group enjoy sharing their successes and challenges. Join us for workshops and discussion groups to learn from others and to share your knowledge. Our topics are wide-ranging, but all focus on how we can become better growers. The Horticulture Committee runs club a horticulture show each year, provides “mini-hort” presentations at meetings, organizes tours of gardens, and contributes ideas and materials to various other club activities. We invite you to get down and dig with us! Do not feel you have to be an expert or know even the slightest thing about gardening. Your interest in learning and experiencing is enough.
